High Protein is Cheap!!!

Did you know that you can really pack protein in your diet for pennies? Don’t forget about the good old egg. An egg costs about 15 cents on average. Eating a full egg is close to 70 calories, 5 fat, 0 carbs and 6 protein. If you toss out the yoke like I do most of the time, then you’ve got all all the protein, minus the fat.
